Training Log
Ken Lewis has been developing the Training Log software for the past 15 years to track his progress and plan his workouts. He currently has all his workouts logged in the plan since 1980. It is an electronic log book of all his races, fond memories, hard workouts, miserable weather, cold swims, hot runs and injuries. He has automated the importing of critical data from equipment that he has used, including CompuTrainer, SRM and Garmin. Graphs and data analysis summaries have been developed to view progress and assist in the planning of future activities. The detailed understanding required to write the software has given him a thorough understanding of what is required to successfully train other athletes. The software is available to all of Ken's coached athletes.
